“The cleanliness and basic equipment of the apartment were acceptable, and we also appreciated that it was pet-friendly. However, the very high steps made it quite difficult to get around with a small dog.

Unfortunately, almost everything else was a big disappointment. The Wi-Fi information displayed on the wall was completely wrong – we only received the correct code in a separate message. The fridge started beeping nonstop after being connected to power, and we had to struggle for several minutes to try and silence it. Most disappointing of all, the so-called ‘apartment with sea view’ was absolutely misleading. The sea was barely visible only if leaning far over the terrace railing to the left. We were charged a higher price for this apartment based on the promised sea view, yet in reality, all we got was a view of rooftops every evening instead of the sea. On top of that, there were no mosquito nets on any of the windows. Even though we brought repellent and later found one device in a drawer, the children still ended up covered in mosquito bites. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and felt dishonest.”
