excelente atención del personal, en especial de Esther y Rebeca...buen trato!. todo limpio empezando desde la recepción, las habitaciones impecables. la carta del restaurante variado y bien preparado.

la ubicación...aunque considerando la infraestructura de la ciudad, aceptable.

El servicio es muy bueno. Personal atento, siempre te recibe con una sonrisa. Se ofrecen a ayudar en todo lo que el huésped necesite. Alojamiento muy limpio y confortable. Camas muy cómodas. Se pueden reservar tours y actividades desde el alojamiento.

Lo único que podría decir es que en el desayuno haya café “Nescafé” en sobre, y no café de verdad. El resto del desayuno está muy rico.

"Realmente súper cómodo, me gusto que se sentia nuevo el lugar y tenia una buena vista. La zona no es tan cerca a la plaz"

Podría mejorar en dar una llave por ejemplo si es que saldrás hasta tarde y poder acceder por tu cuenta.

The service, the friendliness of the staff that cater to your every need and go out of their way to help you and make your stay comfortable. Proximity to beach. My deluxe room with the private ocean facing balcony. Cleanliness.

Nothing, only that the coffee could be made stronger but I could have requested this when I was there
