Broadstairs Terrace: Central Broadstairs Flat

Close to town and beach. Very clean. Wendy’s communication was excellent. Lovely gifts left for the children. Milk, tea, coffee, tea cakes and croissants were a nice touch also. Had a problem with fire stick but Wendy and her son really went out of their way to resolve the issue, even got a new fire stick for us but the internet was very poor so we gave up. We enjoyed our stay at the property and the weather was lovely so we were out all day.

Nothing really. We were aware there was no outside space only thing about this with children if you were staying for a week it would be difficult drying towels, swimming things etc. there were hangers over 2 radiators one in bedroom and one in bathroom but would be difficult to get things dry.

The property was spotlessly clean with lots of essential items. Definitely home from home. Wendy also left welcome gifts which was a lovely surprise. Our grandson enjoyed playing with the games. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

I cannot fault anything.

The flat was lovely! Well decorated and with several nice touches to welcome us in. Kitchen was well kitted out and location was really close to everything we needed. Living room was cosy with a nice sofa. Communication with the host was also good. Shower was really nice.

Only criticism was the mattress and bed. Bed was creaky and mattress was spring and could be more comfy.

We only stayed for a night but it seemed to have everything you need for a longer stay. The bedroom was nice and big. The sofa bed was a good size in the lounge. Communication from the host Wendy was brilliant.

Only suggestion is maybe a kingsize bed in the main bedroom. It’s certainly big enough as bed a bit too small for my 6 foot 3 husband.

Lovely property, extremely clean and tidy. Perfect location, couldn’t fault this stay at all. Thank you Wendy!

I went with 2 small children and when We arrived I felt like it was a home away from home. Everything was spotless clean. Wendy ( the owner) left a few gifts to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the train station, shops and the beach.

The flat was extremely clean. The parking space was a bonus. Location was good.

Small tv. Towels could do with being upgraded to bath sheets. Sensor light comes on too late outside the property at night and you can easily miss the step in the dark. These are only little niggles and didn't spoil our overall experience.

The owner sent very explanatory letter where everything was described as it was, easy parking and access to the flat, flat was clean and nicely presented, kitchen was well equipped with all utensils,pots and pans. we had milk and ice ready in the fridge. There were games under the TV which we unfortunately discovered too late. We had really lovely stay.

The main bed mattres was not very comfortable The flat was advertised with a terrace, but there were only stairs to the neighbour's garden
