Komos Beach Estate

Location and panoramic view over the sea.

The remotness of the villa, there are no nearby properties - a lot of space inside and outside, you can see the sea from each room. You can enjoy the sunsets in peace.

Disty and rocky road to the villa. You need a car, the walking distance from the villa to Kalamaki restaurants and beach is 15 min. but it is not a nice walk. There is a lack of taxi which was a problem for us - in fact in the area there are 3 taxi which during our stay were always unavailable as they did every day transfers to / from Heraklion.

This house is perfectly located and a gorgeous property. Close to several amazing beaches and small towns. You can walk down the road to an amazing beach.

Very nice view and beautiful sunset. Spacious new villa - a little bit old-fashioned inside.

You have to go by car to the beach or by foot 5-7 minutes through dusty road.( One picture in Booking.com shows a book in front of the sea.) It will be better if they have comfort outdoor furniture.- especially new sunbed chairs, comfort beds, and sun umbrellas around the pool. Don't have bath amenities - soap, shower gell, shampoo...etsetra. Will he better if they have a barbecue inside.

Very stylish and contemporary villa. Spacious and clean. Wonderful location over the village giving great view, especially of the sunset.

Nothing, although some comfortable outdoor sitting furniture for the terrace would have been a great addition to admire the view and spend longer outside in the evening.

When it’s windy, it’s not very pleasant. And the road isn’t very good to get to the villa, but nevertheless the place it’s amazing! I totally recommend.
