Bella Kaş

We had the deluxe studio and it was exactly as we expected, except the view was even better in person! While it was a studio, there was ample room for 2 people. It had all the necessities: a table & chairs on the balcony, clothes line, laundry, 2 burner stove, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, etc. Bed was comfortable and we felt it was good value. Despite some minor notes below about some things to be mindful of, we would still definitely recommend Bella Kas.

As many have said there is a steep hill to get to the hotel but we thought it would mean a further walk to town and it’s only 5 mins walking. The hill is very steep (it’s not an exaggeration) but there are stairs built into the hill you can use to walk up. However for less able-bodied this may not be suitable. The only other thing to mention was we were only given a single thin knit blanket for the bed, which isn’t really big enough for two people in a Queen bed and isn’t quite warm enough if you have the aircon on. A second blanket or proper duvet would be more ideal, albeit this can be up to personal preference.

It was amazing otel and rooms. İt has wonderful sea view.

Spent few days in Kas, beautiful place. Apartments was good had everything for your stay. Easy access, parking the only thing was walking up the hill. Accidentally locked ourselves out but staff helped very quick.

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing.I highly recommend this hotel :)

The view from the windows and balcony is really stunning! The place is quiet and good for sleep. The bed was comfortable but might seem to be too soft for people 55kg+. Cute, friendly cat is walking around. It might follow you to your room and even walk in. The room on the right side from the main steps (502 if I remember correctly) is better and more spacious than another one. Considering the view, it's not a bad money-quality ratio.

It might need some cosmetic repair. Curtains on windows should be fixed - they're falling out in some places. The gas cylinder for the stove doesn't seem to be a safe decision, but I bet it's normal.

We had a great stay at Bella Kaş. Great location, beautiful views, and really friendly staff! We had everything we needed in the suite, and particularly enjoyed the balcony.

The only drawback was the penthouse suite had really angled ceilings, which made it awkward to move around. We had to kneel to be able to see ourselves in the bathroom mirror.

The apartment was very spacious and has a comfortable feeling to it. We has everything we needed and they were very helpful with a late night check in. They kept in touch to make sure we had what we needed and that all was sorted.

The only parking space is the street which can be difficult and you can’t really park far and walk because it’s up a extremely angled hill

I stayed just for one night. The apartment was nice, it's just a pity that it was on the ground floor so no views. Also it was quite clean, the only thing is right after the check-in I saw in a room a big spider and had to catch it and move to the garden) Btw it had quite a big private yard which is nice. The staff is very friendly. Also the manager was so kind to give me some washing powder so I could wash my clothes. Also the shower was surprisingly good, strong water flow and really hot, exactly what I needed after a week of hiking) I liked the facilities of the apartment, it had everything I needed and even more. I'm satisfied with my stay, thanks!
