The apartment was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom is nice and Big and the balcony was nice too even though the view or area was not that charming but acceptable. A grocery store and pizza take away are nearby, which is convenient. The apartment is a little bit hard to find.

The area is not very charming - next to Industry and a little bit too far away from city. You properbly need a car

The flat is well located in Valpolicella in a quiet area. The flat is on the first floor. Next door is a company premises from where no noise comes. The room is suitable for both couples and individuals. The small, fully equipped kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher means you can even prepare meals. The double bed is spacious but has a hard mattress. Anyone with a sensitive back should be aware of this. For me it was fine for one night. I slept well. The bathroom is also well equipped, even with a bidet. You can also sit on the balcony. However, this is only screened on one side. On the other side, the corridor leads to the entrances to other balconies of the neighbours. There is a parking space for a car in the basement. I couldn't charge my electric car either at the house or in the neighbourhood. You have to make sure there is enough capacity in the battery beforehand. The landlord is very nice. He contacts you in advance via WhatsApp and sends you a video to get the key and find your way through the house. Overall, I would recommend this flat to my family and friends. Therefore, I give it full marks.
