There was no breakfast, the restaurant was closed, in order to eat you need to go outside, but that's not a problem, there are plenty of places nearby. The room had no kettle and when we got one, the plug didn't fit the sockets

AC was very noisy

Reception staff was friendly.

In the lobby there was inadequate light and poor internet signal.

Location was nice and the rooms were spacious. It's just 2 mins walk to the beach. Kumar ji is such a gentleman, very helpful and soft spoken. He helped me a lot when my ankle got badly twisted on the day of my visit. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Everything was good.

It reminded me of years gone by. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. I was taking a night flight so was able to stay in the room until I had to leave in the evening for an extra 2000 rupees. Well worth it. They let me use the iron. Huge room with extra chairs a cupboard and a desk. The bathroom is very spacious and had hot water. But it is from years gone by. It all worked. The AC was very efficient. I stayed for one night only. So no worry. Good location.

I was shown a room facing the street. Shock horror. Don’t do as it is very noisy at night. Lucky I asked for another option and got a room out the back. The hotel is very dated all around. But I kind of liked it. The towels were the size of a hand towel. I guess I could have said something but it was ok. Unless you are on the beachfront in one of the better hotels this part of Negombo is quite awful really. Busy noisy full of 5 star resorts.

The room was spacious and clean and the hosts were very helpful with helping me find out about the bus I needed to take. It’s good for a one night stop over after arriving in Sri Lanka.

The bathroom and bed linens could do with some upgrading.

Big room, but needed a total makeover. Location. Near the beach, small supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.

Totally outdated hotel. Classified with 4 stars, which doesn't correspond to reality. Lots of spiderwebs everywhere. The plugs didn't work. impossible to insert any adapter. Super creepy door in the bathroom, connecting the room with God knows what. Difficult to check in, nobody at the front desk. Called the contact numbers and nobody answered. Had to go in the hotel calling for someone. The hostess didn't talk english, so it wasn't a easy process. Although she was nice. Hand towels instead of bath towels
