General location was good. Mostly quiet on a lovely square. The hosts were very nice.

Oir transportation could not get us to the building enterance. We had to haulbour luggage across cobblestones while searching for the small enterance between a restaurant and a clothing store. Upon entering the building there were piles of debris from building renovation. The air was filled with dust. Workers were busy so noisey and dirty. All 4 of us ended up with respitory distress/illness from the air being filled with dust. We had to see a Dr for prescription meds for infection. Hosts just said it is a old building and they don't have control over when renovations take place. There were dead potted plants at the apartment entrance. They initially provided only 4 small towels for 4 adults. There were no pillow cases for the extra pillows. Only a sheet on the mattresses, no mattress covers. They did bring us extra towels 24 hours after we requested them. They fixed the washer that was leaking. The showers also leaked all over the floor. We had to provide paper towels to mop up the dirty floor. The coffee pot was old and corroded. Not ausable kitchen. The freezer had a layer of stick gooey ice so also unusable. The sofa had stains. 2 areas with junk piled in them were closed off with curtains.

Very good central location. Terrific apartment with good facilities. Very comfortable.

Can be noisy on weekends (lively area).
