"Basically it was lovely but the communication could have been better."

The location was lovely and the house in general was beautiful and the bed was really comfy.

The lady that was there was meant to come see us so myself and partner waited half an hour and she never came in to greet us. When we go it the fire was going out so it wasn’t really warm
