The location was convenient for visa-related work near BKC, and the pricing seemed reasonable given the bad condition of the hotel.

Cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets had a bad odor, the bathroom was dirty, and I even noticed cockroaches. Fixtures like taps were poorly installed, and the door lock required excessive effort to secure. The entire room smelled unpleasant and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. While the hotel is conveniently located near BKC, I would strongly recommend staying a little farther away in a cleaner property and using Uber to commute. The lack of even basic cleanliness and hygiene makes this hotel not worth considering despite its location and price.

Overall, a wonderful experience and would love to stay whenever I go to that part of Mumbai. Hope to visit here quite soon.

The hotel surroundings are not all that clean and there was no proper parking area for the car in the property but there was no damage or issue with the safety regarding our vehicle.
