Bien situé , propre , des hôtes réactifs et sympathiques . Facile de garer sa voiture en façe .

Éclairage le soir très violant , il serait bien de prévoir un éclairage indirecte : lampe sur pied sur un meuble par exemple. Le matelas du canapé lit inconfortable avec un matelas trop mince .

Un po' tutto

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, che ci ha fatto trovare una casa ancora meglio di come ce la aspettavamo, piena di accortezze e piccole coccole 🥰! Eravamo tre ed è stato meraviglioso. Soggiorno perfetto e consigliatissimo per chiunque: dalle famiglie ai gruppi di amici/amiche :) Bonus: quartiere molto tranquillo, abbiamo fatto passeggiate serali senza temere nulla :)

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr hier. Es ist klein und fein. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Schön war es auch das es Weihnachtlich dekoriert war. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, das die Gastgeber wirklich in das Apartment investiert. Seit letztem Jahr hat sich einiges verändert. Es wurde frisch gestrichen, eine Markiese wurde angebracht usw. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und man merkt es ist ihr wichtig, das die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.

Im Bad war es leider etwas kalt.

The apartment was very close to the bike path as well as being on a street in the Tunisi area with really good bakeries and other shops. It was very comfortable inside and our host was very kind and attentive!

Un peu loin à pied du centre historique

La casa gode di un'ottima posizione vicino al centro di Siracusa, l'interno tenuto benissimo e super pulito.

Un consiglio a tutti i futuri ospiti: non usate l'auto per muovervi a Siracusa/ortigia che il traffico e' davvero esagerato. Meglio in bici o in scooter.
