It's like an abandoned property... dirty and smelly, the ceilings are falling apart, and no one was at the reception office. We ended up not staying at the property at all because of the unlivable conditions and the concerning lack of service, forcing us to reserve a room at another hotel. Since we paid upfront online, we ended up losing our money. This property should be removed from listings until renovations and cleaning is put in place and employees are available. We were not the only ones who supposedly got scammed; another person who had paid for the room beforehand had the same reaction as us, and she too went to find another place to stay.
