Customer service poor, unfriendly, they don't pay attention to detail. A day before my arrival they sent me a msg canceling my booking insisted that there was a double booking after exchanging a lot of WhatsApp msgs and I insisted that my booking was approved 20 days before only to find that proper checking was not done by the owner. Milk expired I threw it in a bin. Carpet smell. Difficult to open de gate and they were not available immediately to assist. Wifi not working. TV not connecting as it should.

Carpet smell is bad,unfriendly customer service
