The Boutique Hotel

We enjoyed our stay here and really appreciated the warm welcome and high standard of hospitality. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and we appreciated the excellent restaurant on site. It was a good stop-off point for us on our way south and it would be a good base for those exploring the area.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming especially Syed :) , nothing is too much trouble for them to help you. The food was incredible too. The bed was very comfortable:) this was my first time away on my own and I felt safe and enjoyed my weekend away just what I needed.

Only thing here, was there must have been a Drain blocked or the lake that smelt bad at times, mainly when you went outside , the staff had a humidifier thing to help with the smell but I felt it made it smell worse as it smelt like fart spray (what my kids used when younger for pranks) I would recommend getting a nice fresh smell put in there instead :)I also found the bath towel too small to wrap around me properly lol

It was clean and spotless in all areas. It was easy to find and great parking. The breakfasts and eating in the restaurant superb. The staff went over and above to make our stay special.

It is on a busy road however travel noise did not affect our stay as rooms soundproof. Little or no traffic at night.

Service was excellent as was the food. From arrival to departure the staff were courteous and helpful. We will return when next in the area.

There was nothing to dislike.

Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ausgezeichnet. Es gibt indisches, vietnamesisches und malayisches Essen zur Auswahl, wirklich lecker. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber und schön.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was large, clean and modern. Attached restaurant is lovely and the food is wonderful. Staff made sure to acknowledge that it was our anniversary stay/meal and made an effort to put a nice welcome surprise in the room. Breakfast was included and was as equally.nice as their evening offering.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Pillows were extremely firm and not comfortable at all. We did not sleep well as a result. Road noise was also very noticeable all night. I did not mind too much but it did disturb my wife on and off.

Couldn’t of asked for much more, staff were very helpful and welcoming to their hotel and shown great pride in the standard of their facilities. The room was spotless and very spacious. 100% Recommend to anyone looking for a long weekend away
