Villa Leda by BaliSuperHost

Oka (our host) and his staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all friendly and helpful with calling taxis, local recommendations, etc. When he found out that it was my sister's birthday, he and the staff arrived with a cake and coconuts. They sang 'Happy birthday '. This is a surprise that she will remember.

BaliSuperHost sent us a link to book trips. We booked a Penida Island trip and were told they would collect us at 6am. Despite our several calls and texts, we had no response from them until 9am to cancel it. There were also incorrect messages about the chef we booked at one point they said he was cancelled an hour before dinner. Luckily, this was untrue. I suggest that when a guest makes a booking, then they should have a personalised phone number with someone at the other end with information. This would have elevated their communication problems. There are not enough pots and chopping boards for a large party to cook. However, Oka did his best to get some more from other villas.
