The bedrooms were really nice / clean and majority had an en-suite or their own bathroom which was good.

The two living rooms stank of urine, all over the sofa’s - when I emailed the host on the first night of staying there they just said ‘thank you for letting us know’ - 3 days later with no apology or attempt to come and clean them. The living rooms were very small for the amount of people who could sleep in the property. The kitchen/ outside area also wasn’t clean and we found a poo bag as soon as we walked in just laying on the floor.

The host was lovely and communicated really well. The property was fantastic for our family get together and excellent value for money. The beds were so comfy and there was so much useful cooking equipment and crockery, we had an absolutely unforgettable long weekend with our family and are so grateful to the hosts for giving us this opportunity to make such special memories. Thank you.

The cold water was slightly intermittent, meaning you would get warm water sometimes whilst running the cold water. The hot water in the kitchen is extremely hot, painfully hot tbh.

Location, layout of property and size, ample parking and hot tub.

There was nothing to dislike, any minor niggles we had are being sent to owners, and did not deter us from liking the property.

Good location , near bus stop to get into bridlington . Good size bedrooms

Not very clean , found dirty socks and cushions under sofa . Rules all around the house to follow but yet the house next door also owned by the same owners had us up untill 3,30 am playing loud music and partying and we couldn't get hold of the owners to sort out the problem. Cameras over both doors and near the hot tub felt like we was on big brother constantly being watched.

Nice big house , I personally loved the location nice and quiet a mile walk to the beach was lovely , beds we’re really comfortable

My only complaint is we had no heating the whole weekend and it was cold in such a big old house . Also electric kept tripping found out it was when you used the black toaster . Just one bedroom that was damp downstairs and could do with an update new wallpaper etc

Lovely property bedrooms all nice and very clean beds with towels made in to different animals on the beds. All with their own bathroom.

Lots of flies in the kitchen and living room. Bought lots of spray and turned on the fly catcher hit still lots and lots of flies. Kept doors and windows shut as well.

Ideal property for our family. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The fire alarm went off twice early on Sunday morning and it was LOUD!! No reason for it that we could figure out, perhaps a nudge to get us up and out of bed?! Also, the doors and low beams on the very top floor were a challenge for anyone taller than 5ft, mind your heads!!

The owner was very helpful in advance of our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room.

This place is very tired. It was grubby, parts not clean, smelt musty and is clearly not that well maintained. Outside was untidy and the hottub canopy under construction.
