Victorian Townhouse - 12 min walk to the Beach

The location was ok. 6 minute walk from town - 15 minute from sea front. Parking anywhere in Exmouth is not good. It was 4 minute walk from short stay car park.

Had to park on double yellows to drop off. Parking generally not good.

Beautiful place, short walk to the beach. All home comforts included.

Well stocked kitchen. Washing machine. Games. Central location. Good sized rooms. Sunny backyard. Clean and tidy. Decoration.

The overall spaciousness and equipment- it felt like a home, a good place to relax. lovely touches of little lights in the bedroom, fluffy white towels great. Nice to have a courtyard to sit outside. Convenient for the shops and town centre and railway station, as we use public transport.

It's a lovely house and there's nothing they've not thought of. Great location and the host was lovely too

Parking was a bit tricky at times but we knew that before coming though wasn’t as apparent when booking

Beautifully decorated. Good solid furniture. Well stocked kitchen, lovely bedding and towels etc. Nice and warm
