Accesible to restaurants, shops & the promenade at the waterfront. Room was functional.

Small room.

Very comfortable beds. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lady who runs the breakfast was very good.

One or two minor areas that need a bit of an upgrade ie carpet and wall paper coming off.

Location was convenient for public transport connection to the airport. Close to Culture Park and old bazaar..

Being asked to pay extra for an espresso coffee at breakfast. The bead and breakfast rate should have covered this.

Surroundings are alone at night Even for locals it is a safe area we decided not to go walking to sea shore boulevard..those 12 blocks

The staff was very friendly and eager to provide good service. They valet parked our car which was much appreciated. We were upgraded to a superior room which was an unexpected treat and their breakfast was better than I anticipated.

The staff were friendly. Our room was upgraded from standard to superior on the arrival. The hotel location is wonderful; you reach the beautiful beach walking for a few minutes. Some historical places are also nearby. You can find good dining places alongside the beach.

The Internet is a serious issue. It is not just about like it or not, it didn't work for us, disconnected every minute, and while connected, it was as slow as a turtle! I think hotels in Turkey should really do something about their Internet connections because it seems a phenomenal case in the majority of the hotels to us.

Very good rooms and an equally good breakfast and despite the noise from traffic in street below, the double-glazed windows blotted this out when shut. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, particularly Khan, and so were the ladies setting up the breakfasts.

The hotel promised a taxi from the airport and hadn't delivered on this which is tantamount to unfair advertising!

I didn’t realize this hotel allows smoking so it smells as cigarette smoke at times even on non-smoking floors. It was a major drawback for me. Although the hotel is in central location, it is in a less nicer part of the town on a very busy boulevard. Stay in Alsancak for a more aesthetic experience and less crowded streets.
