Location and apartment were excellent.

Never met proprietor, all done remotely. The apartment was great and comfortable bed, however there were some issues. There was no WiFi (apparently being restored after a storm), nice kitchen area but no glasses for wine / drinks, no kettle, hot water not sufficient for two short showers and the floor had not been properly cleaned.

Very nice location, although It can be noisy till midnight because of nearest restaurants, but It is in the centre od Monopoli so what to expect? Close to the beach and very cosy little apartment. Breakfast in Cafe Napoli very good. Grazie Mille

Perfect location in old town. Beach is right by the room, exploring the streets was so easy. Good sized studio, very clean, basic facilities in kitchenette. Breakfast vouchers for local cafes were much appreciated! Easy self check in, great communication with staff. 10-15 minute walk from train station

Hot water didn’t last too long for 2 people. Bed and pillows were quite hard. Fridge rattled loudly throughout night but easily fixed by removing freezer tray (which we realised in the morning unfortunately!)

Fabulous location and very efficient communication. Thank you. Will stay again.

Location was excellent. It was clean and comfortable.

Not enough glassware, extra pillows or towels. There was no bin in the bathroom, soap was inadequate for four day stay, But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Via Magno is right in the centre of Monopoli - I asked if I could check in earlier and got a quick response from the owner. It was very clean, relaxing & the breakfasts included were in lovely cafes.
