"A good 5 star hotel in the heart of Calicut with friendly staff."

It's a comfortable hotel, located easy auto ricksha ride from everything. Everything you need is there and working. Good view from the room toward the green of the bio park. The kites were flying in our eye level. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An example: one of the staff members, set a taxi pick up for me and then made sure I will have a packed breakfast when i left early morning for the airport: sandwich, fruit, and fresh watermelon juice. How much nicer can it be? He was one of several that were lovely to interact with. Also, they gave us excellent recommendations for a restaurant. Do try the Paragon. excellent local food. Try the pepper paneer, really different and tasty. Also, go to Kappa beach, very nice place.
