Room environment,rooms are made in wood work, we felt very happy .it's memorable for us

Super Rooms. Value for the money. Good location. Good staffs.

The lift has some malfunction. The room door is very hard to close. AC cooling is very low. The bathroom door glass has a crack.

Good staff. Everything A/c, Hot water, clean towels. Staff helped us to get very early tea which was really required.

The parts under the bed was dusty. The corridors need to be cleaned as well so dust from there is not transported inside thru our movements. In bath of 112 the shower water tends to accumulate under the basin No credit card

Nobody attended my call to confirm the booking status. Nobody called me regarding the booking.

Poor service

Location was peaceful, away from the din of traffic. Staff was very polite and helpful. The final room that I got, (after rejecting two rooms!) , was nice !!

The overgrowth of shrubbery, probably due to rainy season, can be taken care of. There was a damp smell in the first two rooms on ground floor that were offered to me (and I rejected!)

The morning breakfast took a little longer to deliver but it was good and tasty

The rooms are not same as the one shown in the photo, the wall plaster has cracks and the bathroom has bad odor.
