perfect location in the heart of Ortigia, comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen, terrace

stairs to the the upper floor were quite challenging

We had a great stay, the apartment is very comfortable and the location is great with everything you might need just minutes from your door. Inside the apartment there was everything we could possibly need. Would definately return, sooner the better.

Leaving, at breakfast on our last day i noticed a drop of water hit the kitchen table. My daughter have been so happy and relaxed in the apartment and around ortigia that the only tear was shed because it was time to go home!.

The place is just perfect...in all aspects....! Great location, right in the center but quiet and the appartement has everything you needed..! Monica is a wonderfull host, kind and sympathetic..!

Lovely place, excelent location in the heart of Ortigia. Close to all the tavernas, cafe, small shops and also to the sea. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Nice living area with a big terace outside.

Inside stairs were fine for us, maybe not so suitable for older people or for small kids.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Ortigia. Place looks nice and clean, a beautiful terrace, just as in the pictures. Host is very kind and helpful, easy access via self checkin

For some visitors, the only grain of salt could be the structure of the place that is more vertical, sort of a slim maisonette, with a tiny apace for sleeping at the first level and very steep (60-70 degrees) stairs to access the kitchen and the gorgeous terrace at the second level. This was not an issue for us but could be an issue for older people and kids, so be aware of this feature of the space. Noticed also in the reviews some comments regarding the entrance in the building but no disconfort on this on our side. Overall place is nice especially for younger couples, and far better in terms of quality of living than many accommodation facilities in Ortigia that have some challenges with humidity, quality of the buildings etc due to the old (but so beautiful) structures.

Very quiet and clean. I had the best sleep of my life in that bed. The balcony is magical. The host was very helpful.
