SKApartmán bol veľmi dobre vybavený, v kuchynke nič nechýbalo na bežné používanie. Všetko potrebné má aj vybavenie kúpeľne. Parkovisko je hneď pri apartmáne. Poloha je výborná, v pešej dostupnosti je Hlavné námestie, Hrad Maribor, nábrežie rieky aj nákupné centrum.
