Mimì Room

Everything was clen, easy to reach, modern int, Hosts Simone and Federica were super helpfull and welcoming. We felt like home , thank you !

It was clean, quiet and close to train station.

The room was very cold, because of the freezing air that the humidifier in the wall was blowing and the ac being under the floor according to the owner, which was true since my feet were like touching ice. But even when the ac was off, the humidifier was blowing freezing air. The reason is because it's an old building has some issue with humidity and the floor was "sweating". So I was covered at night when going to sleep. I contacted the owner who was always there to explain to me in detail what's the issue and tell me how the humidifier and the ac works, but there was no solution. It was either turning off the humidifier and having a wet floor and high levels of humidity in the room or being cold. Not ideal... Hopefully this will be fixed somehow in the future.

Fantastic room (very high) quality with everything you need. Enough space. Looks brand new (2023). Clean and very modern (airco, floor cooling/heating, big shower, hair dryer, LED ambient light, big LCD TV, fridge, enough 230V sockets... Very nice and adequate owner who wants to give you a five star experience.. The train station is 100meter away. Trains and Busses are low priced. Car parking is more difficult and about € 20 a day. You enter the shops and restaurant and beach area in a few steps.

The city is developing, or should be. During our stay there was a lot of waste at the side of the streets. Also in Napoli.

The room was beautiful and the hosts were great!

The building was under construction so we had to walk under people working, stairs and wet paint. In the entrance there was water and dust so we dirty the room. I’m sure the building will look beautiful but It would have been good to know these things in advanced.

Very close to: - the railway station, 1 min. and funicular -central location, a lot of restaurants, shopping areas, facilities

The room was beautiful, modern style, super clean, pretty close to a lot of restaurants.

They are renovating the building, so was kind of hard to find the place because it looked as an abandoned building and the website doesn’t show that,however the host was really helpful and the apartment itself was amazingly good!
