Charming Guesthouse from XIX Century

Très bel appartement, très jolie décoration et soignée. Bien placé, accès au centre en 20 mns et tout près du métro mais aussi du célèbre vieux tramway 28! Extrême gentillesse de Tina , à l’écoute et toujours prête à répondre aux différentes interrogations.

Chambre un peu petite, et manque de rangement.

Non è una camera in quanto non ci sono finestre. È in un seminterrato. Il lavandino è minuscolo e all'interno della già piccola stanza. Non c'è nessun armadio, nessun attaccapanni né per i vestiti e neanche per gli asciugamani. Doccia grande e wc inseriti in uno spazio angusto e separato dal resto della stanza da un vetro, con porta a vetro. Cattivo odore nel bagno che si è occluso con un normale utilizzo. Quartiere che sembra essere poco sicuro

The location was ok, but I wouldn’t stay in that area alone

The plumbing- there is a real problem with the drains, they smell bad. We reported it and the host responded to say the did a repair that afternoon but it’s nonsense- the problem is due to the whole apartment being 2 floors below ground of an old building with no filtration, there is a constant putrid smell. There was also no storage space for clothing and we had to ask for replacement twirls because they were stained. There is nowhere to air the towels so by day 2, they are not pleasant. For this price, I didn’t expect something so poor.

Very new 3 bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen/living area. Interior looks good and stylish. Check-in and access is easy by code or smartphone. Air condition works well. Good WiFi and Smart TV. Nice walk-in overhead shower.

The apartment (not guest house!) is located in the -2 floor/basement and my bedroom had no window! I think this would have needed to be made clear in the booking process (and not the small print). The bathroom is not a real room but frosted glass walls that offer little privacy in case you don’t travel alone. There’s also a damp smell coming from the sink or ventilation. Little to no storage space for clothes, toiletries or to dry towels. Careful: I wanted to dry a slightly wet t-shirt on the chair and it absorbed paint from the chair. The oven in the kitchen did not work so I was not able to prepare the food I bought. If other guests use the kitchen you can hear their conversation in your room.

I don’t even know what to highlight as positive. It is located in a very dirty area, where I, as a girl, would not risk walking alone in the evening/night. But it's really close to the metro and the center. Я даже не знаю, что выделить из положительного. Располагается в очень грязном районе, где я, как девушка, не рискнула бы гулять вечером одна. Но это действительно близко к метро и к центру.

Located on the -2nd floor (which was not indicated here in advance), there is not a single window in the room, the room is very small and incredibly cramped, the bathroom smells incredibly damp and moldy; Due to the fact that the room has no windows, the air conditioner was constantly running in the summer heat. It was unbearable to sleep at night because of the noise of the air conditioner and the neighbors behind the wall (you can hear their every conversation and the noise of the common corridor, even if a person just leaves the apartment). Very dirty area, and very unsafe for girls who want to travel alone or with a friend. Располагается на -2 этаже (что не было указано тут заранее), в комнате нет ни одного окна, комната очень маленькая и невероятно тесная, в ванной безумно пахнет сыростью и плесенью; Из-за того, что комната без окон, то летом в жару у нас постоянно работал кондиционер. Ночью спать было невыносимо из-за шума кондиционера и соседей за стеной (слышен каждый их разговор и шум и общего коридора, даже если человек просто выходит из квартиры). Очень грязный район, и очень небезопасный для девушек, которые хотят путешествовать одни или с подружкой.

Es un apartamento de 3 habitaciones muy bonito y muy nuevo, recién remodelado. El staff es muy amable haciendo lo posible para que estuviéramos cómodos. Tiene cocina, así que es perfecto para una estancia de varios días. El barrio tiene rincones chulos y stá bien localizado, a unos 20 minutos caminando de la Rua Augusta y con transporte público y supermercados cerca.

El barrio sería el equivalente al Raval de Barcelona por la multiculturalidad, así que no es para todo el mundo.

localizado no centro com metro a 100 metros distância, excelente atendimento e instalações completamente novas. Recomendo.
