Great location. Fairly quiet. Bay views.

The front door lock. On second night stay, had to let the combo lock sit for 10 minutes after trying the code multiple times, but not able to gain access. Finally, the lock accepted the same code I had been trying over and over without success.

"Perfect house; can't wait to stay again!"

This is the best house we've rented over the years for our annual vacation to the Venice/Englewood area, would absolutely love to stay again! The house was spacious, plenty of privacy between rooms, super clean, the screened in back deck was so peaceful, five minutes from the beach, I could go on and on and on!

Everything was fabulous, there was nothing we didn't like!

The location, privacy, bedrooms and house are greay

The home needs a better HVAC. What it really needs in addition to the HVAC is 3 ductless systems, one for each bedroom.
