DEWirklich tolle Unterkunft. Es war alles super sauber und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch ein paar Tage mehr geblieben. Von Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler bis zu Gewürzen war die Wohnung top ausgestattet. Und der Balkon ist wirklich ein Traum. Es war außerdem schön geräumig.
Ein Vorhang oder Rollo vor dem Küchenfenster wäre noch super gewesen für etwas mehr Privatsphäre.
IEAn absolutely excellent place to stay. Everything that is needed is there, hosts are very friendly and accommodating, many local shops and restaurants nearby. Really nice view from the balcony, and train station is approx 5 minutes away. Overall, a fantastic experience.

ITil condizionatore, li ho usati entrambi per tutto il tempo, spero arrivi una bolletta bella salata :)
la lavatrice non lava bene (lascia un cattivo odore), la lavastoviglie puzza di chiuso che non ci si sta (!!), la spazzatura fuori non c'è sempre ma solo a ore casuali, la vasca idromassaggio è di scarso livello e il microonde fa solo la fase di riscaldamento...tutta roba di marca che probabilmente avevano a casa loro e poi, una volta non funzionanti, li hanno spostati in quella casa. Aggiungo questa...il giorno in cui andiamo via ci da la possibilità la "signora" di poter lasciare lì una nostra borsa (perché non avevano altri ospiti quel giorno) per agevolare l'ultimo giorno di vacanza, ci dice che non c'è problema di orario, le avevo detto verso le 18:30 e, improvvisamente, alle 17 già manda messaggi chiedendo di tornare a prendere la borsa perché magicamente c'erano nuovi ospiti...poi la borsa ce la metteva dentro l'ascensore (così!!) poi, siccome avevo degli asciugamani loro che avevo dimenticato in macchina, allora ci ha aspettato per renderci la borsa a mano; la mia ragazza stava male (ha problematiche serie e croniche di salute) e necessitava di scaldare una piccola borsa del caldo nel microonde per 30 secondi, la "padrona" ha detto di no e si è rifiutata perfino di rientrare lei stessa in casa per scaldare la borsa ignorando la salute di una ragazza di 26 anni che è dovuta stare ore e ore a soffrire fino a trovare un ristorante che finalmente ci ha fatto il favore di usare il loro microonde...insomma la signora si è dimostrata diciamo non proprio tutta sta gentilezza che dimostrava all'inizio...della serie "una volta che avete pagato potete anche morire"!! E poi ha avuto anche il coraggio di lamentarsi perché un asciugamanino "non riusciva a smacchiarlo"!!...che schifo!!!

GBprobably in the top 3 properties I've ever stayed in; big, clean, spacious, we really loved it. the area is nice too, most other areas of palermo are not so nice. I completely recommend this place, and please be careful about where you stay in palermo. perfect for a family, couple, or two separate travellers, as indeed we were.
the usual lack of kitchen condiments etc. Just a few left over bits from previous guests. it's about a 50 minute walk from town - but utilise the public transport, it's fine. the balcony is south facing, so lots of sun, but it overlooks a main thoroughfare, ie. lots of traffic, lots of noise. oh and a church 😄

PLThe apartment was gorgeous and very specious. Basically it has everything that we needed, very well equipped. Its not located in the city center but you can easily travel to the center via buses. 5-10 min walk and there is a bus that can take you to the city center and central station or in the opposite way, to Mondello. In close vicinity there is a train station which connects with Palermo airport. Few bigger shops were available in the neighborhood. Overall, the neighborhood by itself felt safe. The apartment had a lift. We loved a beautiful balcony with an amazing view. There were 2 TVs. Bedroom had a big, comfy bed. All of that looked better than it was shown in the photos. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. If needed, the host was happy to help, which is always appreciated. Very good contact. Summaring, we definitely can recommend this place. It we ever come back, we will be looking for availability in this place.
Waste bins in bathrooms would be nice but it’s a small detail
