The house is very tidy and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The spa and outdoor area is excellent. We didn't use the BBQ but it is great to have one. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet still close to everything. There are a lot of technical bells and whistles throughout the home.

While we stayed, it was very humid and it was very hot inside the house. Fans were provided but they only served to move around the very hot air. We were able to open the windows and doors during the day, but at night, if we had the doors or windows open, then bugs would come in. At this price point, airconditioning is a must, and it is definitely noticeably lacking in the summer temperature. It made some of our stay quite unpleasant. The internet speed was very slow. This meant that the tv would buffer when we tried to watch Netflix or TVNZ OnDemand. Again, for this price point, high-speed internet is a must. Finally, when we got to the house, we looked for an information booklet that explained important information regarding the house and its features. None is provided. It would be a useful addition, especially with all of the different switches and tech wizardry. We couldn't find the switch to turn on the vent for the gas hob, no idea where that was.
