CASA LARI

Fabulous little studio flat with all you need for a stay in the historic centre of Martina Franca. The place is impeccably clean and appreciated a clean/fresh towels 2 nights into my stay.

Room was cool (think many of the houses in the area are as they are made of stone).

The studio apartment is located in the old city center of Martina Franca with beautiful white houses and narrow winding streets, leading to the historical section with churches, palazzos, piazzas and shops. Accessing the keys in the lock box was easy with the code provided by the host via messages. As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by the luxurious decor. Just gorgeous! It's a small place but the host has made good use of it. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with cooking equipment, including to make coffee and tea. Everything we needed for a shower was available. Truly a delight to be in this space. My daughter and I wished we could have stayed longer than just a night.

It's hard to say anything negative about this place but, I would say for those taking the train there, it's quite the hike and hard to get a taxi so be prepared to walk up and down the hilly streets and uneven sidewalks.

The room has everything you need: a small kitchen, a private bathroom and a nice comfortable bed. It is well located as well, in the heart of the centro storico of beautiful Martina Franca. The room was extremely clean. The owners also let us check in early as well, which was really helpful!

It was extremely noisy at night. People were right outside our door, talking and singing until after midnight, so we got woken up, which ruined our stay a little. Like many towns in Puglia, the parking can be a nightmare. We had to leave our car a 15-minute walk away, but it does state on the information that they do not provide parking.

Great location

The kitchen. No lights in the cooking area. No cutting board or knives (just a dinner knife). No counter space and no hot water in the sink - only cold water. We cook most of our meals so it made it a bit challenging.

super fast self check-in which was great! The apartment itself is very cosy and cute, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked very well and fast

Pillows were a bit lumpy, but everything else was perfect.
