The hotel itself is cozy and perfect for families

There were mosquitoes in the room and literally no option to prevent them to enter to the room if you keep the windows open

Location, pool

No reception and the WhatsApp number was responded to late or not at all. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and let us in. Mosquitos are very bad and there are no mosquito nets or any way to control them. Breakfast was dry and they put no effort into it. No air conditioning and only one fan that didn鈥檛 work well. Water was spotty at best and we went a long time without water because they just didn鈥檛 fill the tank

Very nice staff. Clean rooms and shared spaces. Very pretty place.

No water for a few hours. No hot water for a day. Not much choice for breakfast and no restaurant, only bar.
