"Relaxing and comfortable."

The staff was friendly, flexible, and professional. I especially enjoy the view of the Mekong as we ate breakfast.

I wish it was within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

"Location is so good but Management isn’t good ,"

Breakfast, noodles soup is so so , location is so good

kettle was so dangerous, water went out if cook , staff there was complained with manager but he didn’t change another kettle for safely,

The restaurant is well located along the Mekong river. It is spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant waiters need more training. Breakfast choices are very limited, just one dish/plate and one drink. Other hotels nearby offer free buffet breakfast. Room stewards need to improve their cleaning work.

Breakfast doesn’t cater for westerners

Bread needed to be purchased outside. No butter. No cereal no jams. No cheeses. Chef had to be instructed on making an egg omelette
