The location of the accommodation is great ... Total center ... Room clean and communication with the owner for 1 .

Like : - property in the center of Bari old town - ikea furniture , modern. Improvment : - propery hallway undergoing renovation , thant’s normal but some measures should be taken to prevent dust from getting in the room. There was lots of small white dust on the floor . - water stopped in the morning due to pump fault . Although not a complicatet thing to reset , maybe instructions how to do it would be good to be listed in the room to be able to do it yourself or have some other smart solution. - not necessarly a bad thing , but location is at 3rd floor ,stairs get narrow at the top. Just be aware when booking

I stayed in the apartment for one night, so I didn't have high expectations. For a short stay the apartment is OK. Clean and very good location.

The staircase is narrow and blocked with objects, making it difficult to get through with luggage. I was there in February, which made the apartment very cold. Getting the key and card could be easier.

At the time we were there, the staircase was under construction. I know that it’s done to make the property better and more comfortable, but it was a bit too undone and unsafe to allow to use. It’s good that we didn’t have children with us since there were missing pieces of the stairs that in the dark couldn’t be seen… the lights could be turned on but they hung on the loose cables so we also were a bit reluctant to do so. Anyways, when the renovation is ready, all should be good but maybe check before booking if it’s done if you’d rather avoid this experience. Make sure you go to the right breakfast place, because we didn’t notice the photo the owner sent us among many messages how to get in to the apartment and on the vouchers there was no info. When we went to the cafe downstairs and asked if it’s here, they accepted the vouchers so we thought it was all fine, but it turned out it wasn’t. Nothing wrong for us came out, but probably the owner had some troubles because of it. So just make sure to check with him which cafe is the right one.

Very good location and friendly host

There is not enough hot water for three people to take a shower. Probably the hot water is only enough for 1 person.

Excellent and very comfortable room, and the host was very accomodating to our requests. Brilliant location in the heart of old Bari. Breakfast was a croissant and drink at a nearby cafe (1 minute walk away), which was also in a fantastic location.

The only downside was the shower water didn't stay hot after a long shower. Not a big deal.

The location of the room is superb, right in the center of the old town, near the Basilica San Nicola. The room was very clean and modern with new furnitures. The owner was very helpful and responded to the messages as soon as possible.

There was no elevator in the building, which is normal given the age of it, but the stairs were very steep and dark. With a bigger baggage it is quite difficult to climb. The AC in the room turned off automatically quite often and needed a few hours to reach the desired temperature.

Was in a great location.

The stairway - this should be shared upfront when coming with luggage.
