Ставлення адміністрації отеля сподобалось, вічливі, уважні, без забоганок. Стіни кортонні, але були тоді коли немає навантаження, тому шуму не відчували. Сподобалась автономність по опаленню, горячій воді.

Сніданок вказан на сайте, але по факту ресторан не працював. якщо хочете їжу, то треба уточнювати працюють вони чи ні. Номери з косметикою, але потребують ремонта, Також вважаю, що не відповідають ціна/якість. Картинка більш яскрава, чим реальність, є з чим порівняти, бо подорожуємо у Львів часто. Звертаю увагу, що не зважаючі на те, що в номері багато розеток, але поруч з ліжком є вмикач світла, але не має розетки для зарядки телефона. Ну як це Карл? Струм підходить до точці, копійки змінити на подвійний перемикач/розетку. У загальному корідорі підлога вже прогинається, треба робити ремонт.
