Forest View Resort

I reached location and called the property, person picked and did not speak properly and later the contact was not available. Worst service no one even tried to call me back was waiting for almost 1 hr with my family including my <1 yr daughter, later I had to search for some other stay and then found some other property.

Staff

Bedsheets was not cleaned and pillow cover was dirty .

Property is near by Pagoda view point.

Need to focus on cleanness. Towels and bedshits are not clean. Rooms are not cleaned regularly.

Hotel is situated at a good location, walking distance from Pagoda view point. Road access is good. For a group of traveller's who are booking a double deluxe room, it is value for money.

They lacked some basic things such as soap was not given when we arrived, towels were not very clean, the table in the private balcony had a broken leg, TV didn't have any Internet connection.

Nothing

They denied our check-in upon arrival. They said there is no availability and they have provided our reservation to somebody else. We had to stay on road helpless until we found a place to spend our night. Unacceptable behaviour!

The room size was good for four to 5 members to accommodate
