Location was good

The front desk manager with glasses is very very moody and not welcoming at all. Check in process is quite cumbersome, forms to fill, ID photocopied twice, 2 sets of documents to sign .. It's a hotel room not a bank loan. Rooms are comfy but quite small, adequate for 1 but not 2 guests. Beds were very very comfortable

Kind, responsive staff. They came to my rescue with the freezing room, and later, when the same room got misty—security provided an umbrella in the rain, etc. Breakfast was great, with excellent varieties. I love that there is room service. The Internet was excellent. Even though they had repair downtime, there was information to that effect, and the repair was done after midnight. Comfortable, clean room. Free bottles of water are available for guests! Well-established gym. Overall, it is a value-for-money hotel in the Lekki phase one location. I hope to return.

I ran out of water in the shower! Supposing you are freezing, it is hard to regulate the AC from your room. Don't open the door to the balcony to keep warm either, because your room would be covered in mist from wall to wall to floor, including your bed. To be fair to management, there was advice against doing that. I only saw it at check-out. It could have been placed by the AC control. The water dispenser in the Gym requires regular cleaning and refill.
