Comfortable, spacious, well appointed, good location, parking.

The water heater operates on a scheduled setting, so one morning, most of my family members were able to get hot water, except my daughter who woke up late and there was no more hot water. She had to shower with cold water! It was difficult to adjust the setting as there were no instructions to over-ride the settings. Some instructions would be helpful. Also the washer is a convenient feature but no instructions were available on how to operate. I used it but had difficulty operating it. It went into error mode and I had to restart again. Also no where to set the clothes - some device to hang the clothes would be useful. All these issues can easily be resolved.
