Room was comfortable with an excellent roadside view. Facilities were decent and the location is good. Breakfast was really good and offered value for money.

The hotel feels old and lacks modern facilities. Amenities need improvement. Pricing is on the higher side compared to what is offered.

I stayed at Orchid Hotel in Amman for three nights last week and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Issa at reception, who was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. He made my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
