Unkept Dirty Facilities not fit for use

Broken windows and furniture Disgusting smell 😤 throughout.

When we arrived at about 6pm there was no staff at the hotel for check in, not even a security guard. We found 2 envelopes with our names on them at the security post containing room keys and we let ourselves in. Later in the evening the security guard turned up. We explained that we were going off the property for a short while. On our return, the guard again had gone missing and we again had to let ourselves back into the hotel. The TV didn't work. There was no microwave. There was a small coffee machine but no coffee. The flies at breakfast were like a plague! Overall a horrible experience. Pipers Cove has gone downhill fast and doesn't deserve even one star...

The place was absolutely frizzy, smelly, small and disgusting.

Terrible, smelly room it was a good thing I view before paying. Should not be renting but renovating.

The room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable.

There was no TV or internet service.
