Everything was amazing, from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left.

I only had two small issues, The first was that it was quite hard to find when I arrived. The second was that the guest next to me was extremely loud at all hours of the day up until about 3am and nothing was said to him about being quiet and I had to do it myself

I loved the way this property was situated and the level of privacy that is possible, given that it’s tucked away from the main road. The breakfast was amazing, each and every day. The family running the property were simply the best, in all of their warmth and efficiency. I loved waking up each morning to a symphony of birds, making me feel like I was in the rainforest. The outdoor patio and sofa were perfect for getting work done, having meals, watching the rainfall or simply being. The room itself is perfect for solo travelers; also good for a couple. The bathroom has a very natural quality to it with the raised stone sink, along with the stone platform surrounded by rocks in the shower. Simply calming. There is an a/c unit in the room but I enjoyed leaving the door open at night to let the night air in; it was perfect and especially during rainy nights. The bed was VERY comfortable for me and firm enough to feel stable but soft enough to nestle. The pillows were great, and the work desk inside the room was sufficient for night work, or just not wanting to sit outside. The rooms face a garden, in which many of the fruits that come with breakfast are pulled from. It really is an oasis.

Smokers: please be considerate of your neighbors. Those who do not smoke have a reason, and second-hand smoke is unkind. Honestly my one property-concern is the fact that the moisture in the air can create mold around anything that is not in consistent use. I doubt this is a property-specific issue, and a consequence of rainy-season-travel to warm climates. Some white vinegar and water will minimize it though. Be mindful that the walls are thin, so you can hear just about everything - we’re all adults so it’s all understood - and the family does a great job of making note of it in a written notice.

Its spacious, comfy, and quiet, you can hear the beard chirping in the morning. And friendly owner. Pak made and his family is super friendly and kind, not far from the ubud central if you have a bike, but if you dont have a bike would be hussle. It might takes 10 min to go to the ubud sentral with a bike.

We stayed here for almost two weeks. The breakfast was tasty, Pak Made always made sure we never skipped it 😁. The room was spacious and pretty clean with good hot water. The family who owns the place was incredibly generous and kind — they even gave us snacks and fresh fruits. Each room has its own water gallon and they happily refill it for free. Coffee, creamer, and brown sugar were always available, and they made sure these were replenished throughout our stay. The terrace is also a great spot to work, you can often see butterflies during the day, and at night it’s very quiet, you only hear the sounds of nature, which is incredibly calming.

For the downside - The room could benefit from better ventilation so it doesn’t feel damp. The walls aren’t really soundproof either, but fortunately everyone staying around us was considerate, so it remained peaceful and quiet during our stay.

El wifi dentro de la habitación iba fatal, había que estar fuera para que no se te desconectara. Al estar fuera te comían las hormigas y los mosquitos.
