Otelde ses yalıtımı yok, sürekli bir yerlerden ses geliyor. Ben kulak tıkacı ile uyuyabildim. Havuzunu hiç kullanmadım çünkü küçük ve çok fazla kişi vardı çevresinde.

In general this is a nice hotel, for European standards and it is close to the walking street. I would stay again and recommend. I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the negatives I mention in this review as well.

Hotel management really needs to have a talk with the main receptionist in charge. She was very miserable in attitude, unfriendly and cold. We were also taken to our room upon arrival to find it didn't have any towels nor toilet paper, had used and dirty empty glass bottles etc. The room basically wasn't ready. Not the welcome and easy arrival one expects when on holiday. If it wasn't for this, I would have given this hotel a rate of 8 or 9.

在雙條車路線上，不是海景第一排 ，但CP 值高，早餐尚可。有泳池，很多人曬日光浴。房間大小ok，人員清潔很積極，櫃檯認人的記性很好。房內每天提供兩瓶玻璃瓶裝水，巷口就是7-11補給方便，走路可到步行街。

The room and pool excellent

Lack of food and drink available.

Closed to the Walking Street, but a bit far from the Central Mall. Room is spacious with city view. Breakfast is OK. Bed is comfortable to lay down.

I had to pay 1,000B in cash as the deposit to check in. The staff browsed my passport over and over again. The staff can’t understand English properly.
