They let me checkin early before my shift started for work. I had to pay a fee. The size of the apartment was good.

The place was very outdated. Not cleaned to my standards. There were roaches crawling in the microwave while my food was warming and on the floor. When I used the dryer there was a gas like/sulfur like smell coming from it the whole night during and after I used it. The air quality in the place was poor as I smelled various smells throughout my stay. And it was supposed to be a quiet time period at night but every night I heard strange loud noises all night and roosters started at 3am every morning. If you’re traveling for work I do not advise you to stay here with these living conditions. And the area around the place is the worst. I did not feel safe at all coming and going to work.

It was neat, comfortable, for the most part clean, and had a very efficient central air heating system; with a very easy to use electronic temperature control. It was nicely decorated and the property’s location was relatively close to all the attractions downtown.

There was a strong smell of stale smoke upon initial entry; which was surprising considering how neatly the apartment was presented. The walls and ceilings are wafer thin; so unfortunately you can hear neighbours’ footsteps above you and a lot of their conversations. The blinds on the windows were a little too delicate and almost broke when being adjusted. One of my pillow covers, whilst clean, had a few hairs ingrained in it.
