The room was clean and tidy, communal areas were clean and tidy. I was given a little tour arround and my all my questions were answered politely. Manager/owner was lovely and very helpful.

It’s a perfect place. Very peaceful and with plenty to do: chess, ping pong, puzzles… Furthermore, Tarquin, the manager, is very friendly and always willing to help.

This is an exceptional place. A 60s retro motel, but in a really good way. Everything is clean tidy and works. A piece of NZ history but also very comfortable with really friendly owner.
