La localisation du logement: pouvoir sortir le soir à pied et se plonger dans la vie animée de Polignano a Mare, puis rentrer au calme dans le logement

Beaucoup de marches assez escarpées, il faut un peu de temps pour s'habituer. La propreté n'était pas totalement au rendez-vous: beaucoup de traces et résidus dans la vaisselle, cheveux dans la salle de bain...

Property was easy to find and keys easy to locate. Location was excellent.

Property was not ready when we arrived and was absolutely filthy. The phone numbers we were given to contact, no one answered. Had to get local people to help us. Had to stay in substandard accommodation pending them getting the property cleaned. The property itself has very low ceilings and has three sets of very steep stairs. I would rate this as a two star due to the poor standard of decoration and poor facilities. The bedroom is tiny and you can only just get around the end of the bed. The wardrobe was full so we had to empty it before we could use it. You can only plug two electrical items in at once or the power goes off. The air conditioning leaks through the shower onto the dining room floor. Mould on the walls in the dining room. Had no hot water for two days and building work going on at all hours next door so no sleep! The chairs on the terrace were very old brittle plastic and broke when my husband sat on them and injured his back. When we complained the owners left a dining chair in the dining room and left the broken plastic chair on the terrace. We were offered a free boat trip as our room was not ready but this in no way made up for the dreadful accommodation and dreadful service.

Fuse tripped three times during our stay .. and we were not using a lot of appliances at the time.. air con and kettle only.. looks like re wiring is necessary Building work ongoing at next door property was noisy

The staircase

The attention to details in the apartment, every thing is very well and thoughtfully placed, the roof terrace, eating place, living room, balcony, and it's in the heart of the city, close yo everything you need. We loved it and would definitely return !

Great location, close to the city centre ,town beach ,train station and the bus. Everything less than 5minutes to reach. Apartment was clean , smells were good 😀,just lovely 🥰 Exactly as shown on the pictures. Thanks for having us , we had a great time
