GBThe Location was close to the town about 5min drive walking 15min. You have a parking space on the property. They had a toaster and a kettle with tea, coffee and the milk.
We arrived at the apartment and found 1 small double bed. And the sofa bed was not played out and ready. The host was quick to respond when we ask where we're the linen and duvet so we could set the sofabed ourselves. The host did say they could come over later and set the bed but it felt as if it wasn't important enough to come sooner. The duvet and pillow was found open under the staircase or cuboard along with used furniture and not even covered in a bag so it didn't feel as it was hygienic. And the bedsheets where un ironed rolled up with other bedding in a cuboard. The bathroom needed a good scrub and new furnishings. I needed to use the washing machine but it was already switch on with im assuming the host laundry. We paid over £100 for 1 night but did not feel it was worth it. The house is in a good location and the host seems pleasant but the Apartment needs abit more TLC and a good clean .

GBThe flat was as described. Comfortable, great access to Bishop's Stortford Station. All communcation with the hosts was responsive and helpful.
