عندما يتجاوز الموظفون المهنية في العمل إلى الإنسانية هنا لك ان تتخيل الإنطباع الذي يترك لدى العميل فبعد تعرضنا أحد الأقارب لمشكلة أثناء إقامته بجدة في هذا الفندق قدمت ونزلت فيه ووجدنا الإهتمام الإستثنائي والمتابعة من الأختين في الإستقبال ( هلا & وجدان ) وباقي فريق العمل بشكل يعكس طيبة اهل جدة الكرام في وقفتهم الغير مستغربة فللجميع منا كل الشكر والعرفان 🌹

النت الواي فاي في الدور رقم 3 ضعيف جدا وقبل تسجيل الدخول تم ابلاغ طاقم الاستقبال بانه الواي فاي ضعيف في الدور 3 واريد نقل غرفتي للدور رقم 1 ولكنهم تعذروا بعدم وجود غرفه فارغه
