Suites Casa Blanca

Location is fab, just a few mins walk to the Malecon. The apts are next to the Blue Hotel, I wasn't expecting much but from the gate and beyond the building was really clean, modern and fresh. The apartment was bigger than expected, had lots of utensils, spotlessly clean and the bed was amazing. So comfortable. I had a small balcony which looked over the pool, it is a small pool but I had a bit of a dip to cool off. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance and a lovely coffee shop just left up to the crossing then cross over and head towards the malecon and its on the left. This really is a little oasis and I'd absolutely book here again. La Paz traffic doesn't stop but this apt was quiet and really nice. There's an iron and hairdryer too. The host left a bottle of water and tea/ coffee items. I loved it.

Erm maybe a couple of restaurant recommendations in the apt, I didn't want to bug the host with questions. The only downside was the water pressure was quite low, understandable as water is precious in Baja. I could still take a shower, just took a while to get hot water.

Kitchenette was great to have. The bed was nice and firm, and gigantic! Had a nice dip in the pool, and we took advantage of the rooftop lounge. Everything was very new and clean.

Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Private, modern, bright, safe and spotless new studio apartment on a wonderfully convenient block close to great restaurants and the Malecon! It's a busy block with lots of car activity, but the apartment itself is set back from the street and very quiet inside, especially the sleeping area. Both Juan Carlos and his father Jose were so available and helpful to us, and the small swimming pool and private balcony were absolutely lovely additions. GREAT value overall!

The bed was great after long days of diving when you come home and fall into this giant fluffy piece 🤩

The apartment was very clean with a king bed and easy walk to the Malecón. It was effortless to gain entry and we used WhatsApp to contact manager. Would highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked about our stay.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, so that you could walk everywhere, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The private pool in the backyard is beautiful, chaise lounges to sit on and beautiful greenery.The staff is fantastic. You are just short steps away from wonderful cafes, restaurants and the amazing malecon. Would not hesitate to recommend!!

The only thing missing was a toaster and that was brought promptly to us.

Everything was perfect! We stayed a full week in flat number 4 right above the garden. It was spacious, very clean, and easy to ventilate with its windows on both sides of the house. We never used the AC. The balcony was perfect for early breakfasts with the birds on the trees next door or some drinks after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was small but just what we needed for cooking for 2 people once in a while. The king size bed was even better than the one we have at home and the linen extra soft. And the garden was beautiful and cleaned every day. Hence the cold pool was always pristine and a very nice stop when coming back from a day at the sun. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Just outside of the noisy centre so it was very calm at all times. And only 5 minutes away from the Malecon and the commercial centre where we could buy everything we wanted. Not to mention the small market just a block away for fresh vegetables and fruits. And a short walk to some of the cheapest and greatest tacos places off the beaten track. The best part was the marvelous owners. They were attentive to all our needs. Proactive to ensure we never lacked anything (e.g. clean towels, water, etc.) even landing us a tool to fix our things. We will 100% stay here again when we undoubtedly come back to La Paz.
