Modern Apartment in Central City Christchurch

The location was excellent. Very central. Walking distance to everywhere. A sports stadium is being built very close by, but there was no noise that we heard.

Perfect location for our needs. The beds were so comfortable! The property was very spacious with lots of room to relax and unwind.

The Place was very comfortable for our needs. Kitchen have every possible requirement. Air Fryer, Nespresso, coffee and tea. Everything was clean and the rooms spacious. AC in lounge and fans in the bedrooms.

Everything about the property, location facilities provided, car parking location. Food availability close by

Nothing at all, everything was superb

Nice, modern, well located flat with good size for both bedrooms. . Plenty places to eat at from breakfast to dinner close by. Convenient to have the dryer as a separate machine from the washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with good quality appliances (Nespresso as well).

The ongoing construction work on the arena in the next street makes it a bit more complicated to drive around and there were some trucks that came early and were quite noisy.

Plenty of space , comfortable beds, good security

Roads works going all night. Black hairs on bathroom floor and drain smell in bathroom

Comfortable, the home grows easily on us

The stairs up to the front door. We have 4 luggage bags and it was a challenge.
