Everything is good,but there is no elevator

No elevator

水壓偏弱，兩間浴室同時淋浴時蓮蓬頭幾乎是用流的狀態，後面幾天我們都變成四個人都不能同時使用衛浴以免水壓不足

The facilities in the room

We went for a family holiday and stayed 5 nights. Location is easy to find, an easy 10 min walk to from Seoul station. 7 Eleven right across the alley for convenience. Cafes and local eateries nearby within 10 min walk in this quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely sized with 2 bathrooms so no need to fight over it. We really like having 4 beds inside the apartment. All home appliances provided for. The whole place is quiet, cozy, very clean and well maintained. Floor heating is a life saver in the cold winter. Host has put in plenty of supplies, towels and amenities enough for a week, really appreciate it.

Suggestion for the host, install ventilation fan inside the bathroom. If you don't like stairs then think again as this is on the 2nd floor.

The heated floor and the water dispenser was a pleasant surprise. Washer comes with dryer function which is really convenient. Beds were also quite comfortable. House is generally clean.

Washer was choked and dryer didn't work until my hubby realised the problem and fixed it on our last night. Be prepared for quite a walk and steep slopes to conquer with heavy luggages. Otherwise, a nice and comfortable place for my family of 6. Oh, you also have to climb several flights of stairs with no elevator available.

Great apartment. Nice looking and well kept. Good beds. All equipped kitchen and some coffee, tea, detergent, soap, schampoo etc provided. It is a bit of a hike uphill to get from Seoul station to the apartment but not too bad. We had a lovely time.

The only thing slightly negative about this apartment is the location. It is a quit neighborhood and a bit difficult to know where to go to e.g eat closeby. while it is close to Seoul station and the subway, most things you want to go to as a tourist seems to be on the other side of the station and it takes time to cross. Taxi drivers also have difficulties to understand where it was going back and as foreigners, we had a lot of trouble trying to communicate the address. It is however perfect for coming and leaving Seoul with the airport train and Lotte/Hertz car rental close.

Very cozy place.

The climbing is not very good for the older people..
