Location great for corporate visitors.

rooms could be cleaner. facilities need to improve as there is no tea maker / tissue / etc. nothing. Overall so-so.

Comfortable location. Good food quality. Attentive staff.

All the lights needed cleaning. Too much dust.. the blankets need cover. As many people use it. No fridge in room. Room was upgraded as booked room was not available. I guess everything should be on place before guest arrives. You dont stock up toiletries after the guest checks in. Lots of scope for improvement

Size of the room was big. Bathroom was also big

The room was not clean, the bathroom walls had soap stains which meant it wasn't cleaned. Mirror in the bathroom also had water stains. The room furniture had cockroaches coming out of them. The room AC automatically shut down at 3 am and even after calling the technician, they weren't able to figure out what the issue was so had to sleep with the AC. There was no hot water coming in the shower. Despite of calling the technician they were only giving vague reasons and could not provide hot water for a shower. The property is in a very sorry condition. Please avoid it at all costs. The complimentary breakfast is also a joke. One person serving 15-20 people at once. People fighting over food as there wasn't enough food being circulated. Highly understaffed and incompetent service.
