Where do I begin? The property is in immaculate condition. The view of the ocean from the patio is simply breathtaking. Oh the morning walks to the beach from the property are simply delightful! Did I mention the amazing hosts who are warm, kind, welcoming and provide the greatest options for lunch/dinners in the area. The arresting bed as my husband calls it ; which wont allow you to get up until you're fully rested! What an amazing, relaxed,tranquil time we had! We left the property feeling so rejuvenated and ready for what lay ahead. Thank you, Sue Anne, you're a star!

My husband was not a fan of a toilet with no door (open-plan bathroom).

This is a gorgeous little place in a gorgeous location. We loved getting the braai going on the balcony, sitting in front of the fire place, or sipping a hot coffee while watching for dolphins in the bay right in front of the house. Sue-Ann is a fabulous host!

If you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs as the apartment gets bright with sunrise and it can be noisy when it's windy (which is often). While this did not bother us, it could make some people uncomfortable: The bathroom is also integrated into the open plan design of the apartmenty there are no walls or doors between the living/sleeping area and the shower/toilet, so you see and hear everything that's going on when someone uses the facilities.

The hosts Sue Ann and Johan were superb and felt like old friends. Privacy was unmatched. Spectacular views and incredible touches and finishes throughout the apartment. Truly a place to unwind.Saw dolphins frolicking and a dwarf mongoose hunting little duykers meandering around and plenty bird life. The apartment was huge well furnished and decor was on point. Could really go on waxing lyrical...

Beautifully designed unit facing the ocean with all the amenities, comforts and luxurious extra touches. Great kitchen for cooking with good quality utensils. Definitely a space I would visit again.

Only suggestion would be to close off the toilet with a wall and door for privacy. I personally didn't mind the open style, but some people may find this to be uncomfortable.
